Last updated: 29 September 2026. This note covers the Cabchen website, run by Prestige Empire Homes Sdn Bhd (202501049579 (1650987-P)), Partial Premises of Jalan Lintas, 88450 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, the renovation planner or the chat assistant, we collect only what you choose to give us:
- your name, phone or WhatsApp number and, if you add it, your email address;
- project details such as the rooms, property type, location, timing, budget range, style and any message you write.
Please do not send IC numbers, bank details or passwords through the website. We never ask for them.
Why we collect it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry: to contact you on your preferred channel, arrange a site visit and prepare for your project. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
How it is handled
- Forms and planner: your enquiry is sent by email to Cabchen using the Resend email service.
- Chat assistant: your chat messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. The website does not store your chat history. If you choose to send your project summary from the chat, it is delivered to Cabchen by email in the same way as the form.
- WhatsApp: if you continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.
Your rights
We handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you sent us, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email prestigeempirehomes@gmail.com or call +60 17-262 3868.
