Every home is different, so these are starting points, not quotes. Here’s where each job starts, and what your warranty covers.
- Kitchen cabinetsfrom RM200 per foot runBottom cabinet in melamine. Quartz worktops from RM180 per foot run.
- Built-in wardrobesfrom RM400 per foot runFull height, melamine, swing doors. Sliding doors and fittings add to this.
- TV consolesfrom RM250 per foot runLow-height console in melamine. Feature walls are quoted after we see the wall.
- Bathroom renovationfrom RM10,000 per bathroomStandard-size room: hacking, waterproofing, tiling and standard fittings.
Starting prices are a guide for a basic specification (September 2026), not a quotation. The consultation and site visit are free, and your written quotation after the visit is the price you pay.
Your warranty
- Cabinet body and doors: 3 years against defects in what we make
- Our installation workmanship: 12 months from handover
- Bathroom waterproofing workmanship: 2 years from handover
- Branded hinges and runners: the maker's own warranty (Blum mechanical hardware is lifetime); standard hardware 2 years
- Worktops: the stone brand's warranty, named in your quotation
- Fotile appliances: Fotile Malaysia's warranty. Register at warranty.fotile.com.my and choose Mega Solutions Studio Sdn. Bhd. as your dealer
Not covered: Normal wear, accidents, hot pots straight on the worktop, leaks from plumbing we did not install, termites and pests, and work changed by someone else.
How to claim: WhatsApp us photos or a short video with your invoice number. We book a visit, and if it is covered we fix it at no cost. If it is not, we tell you the price before we touch anything.
Where is Cabchen based and which areas do you cover?
We have two showrooms: Iramanis (Jalan Lintas, Kota Kinabalu) and Penampang (Villa Tropikana, Jalan Pintas Penampang). We work on homes around Kota Kinabalu and greater Sabah. Tell us where you are in the planner and we will confirm we can cover your project.
Do you only do kitchens?
Not at all. We design and build kitchens, custom cabinetry and furniture (wardrobes, TV walls, display cabinets), bathrooms and whole-home renovations. We also sell appliances and fittings, with after-sales support.
Do you design in 3D before building?
Yes. Design and consultancy includes 2D layout planning and 3D visualisation, so you can see the space, change your mind and fine-tune it before production starts.
Can you help before my renovation starts, or before I get my keys?
Yes, and early is the best time to talk to us. Share your floor plan and timing in the planner and we will tell you what can be prepared before vacant possession and what needs a site measurement.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
We read your answers, get in touch on WhatsApp or phone, and arrange a site visit to measure. Then we prepare the 2D layout, 3D visuals and a quotation for you to review in your own time.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope, the materials and how ready the site is, and we would rather not guess. Once the design and materials are confirmed, you get a schedule with your quotation.
Can I see real projects or visit you?
Please do. Browse real Cabchen projects on the Projects page, or visit our Iramanis or Penampang showroom to see finishes and Fotile appliances in person. Showrooms open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5:30pm, and Sunday, 10am to 5pm.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Your cabinet body and doors are covered for 3 years and our installation for 12 months from handover, and bathroom waterproofing workmanship for 2 years. Branded hinges and runners carry their maker's warranty, worktops follow the stone brand's warranty, and Fotile appliances carry Fotile Malaysia's warranty. It is all written into your quotation.

Yes. Cabchen is the brand of Prestige Empire Homes Sdn Bhd (202501049579 (1650987-P)), formerly Mega Solution.
